AML'S BOOKING PROCESS OVERVIEW
STEP 1: Tell us what your preferences are (program type, dates, group details) using the simple form below. You may also call or email us.
STEP 2: We will get in touch with you to discuss your dates, activities, and group goals.
STEP 3: Confirm program details and secure program dates with a 10% non-refundable deposit.
STEP 4: Prepare your group with the resources we provide.

Program dates are secured upon receipt of a non-refundable 10% deposit. Program dates remain available to other interested groups until that time.
The balance of our program fee is due 10 days prior to the starting date of your program (but may be paid in full at any time) and will be partially refundable for a period of 5 days in the event of a cancelation.
Within 10-6 days of your program starting, any cancelation will be eligible for a 50% refund.
We are, unfortunately, not able to issue refunds for cancelations occurring within 5 days of your program start date. However, if a cancelation is necessary within 5 days of your program starting date, we can transfer 50% of your program fee towards a rescheduling effort for up to 2 months from your canceled program starting date.
